Casa Terza is managed and part-owned by Terry and Kari - a queer, Black-white interracial married couple who found in Puerto Vallarta something they hadn't fully expected: a place that received them. Completely. Warmly. Without condition.
Casa Terza is their answer to that feeling. An extension of the welcome they discovered here, offered now to travelers who deserve to feel it too - travelers who have learned, through long experience, to scan a room before they settle into it. Travelers who know the difference between being tolerated and being seen.

- No se admiten animales (mascotas, animales de servicio, animales callejeros, etc.).
- No es apto para personas con problemas de movilidad, ya que la entrada y todas las habitaciones solo son accesibles por escaleras.
- No hay plazas de aparcamiento designadas y rara vez se puede aparcar en la calle.
- Si vas a caminar fuera de Casa Terza, prepárate para una cuesta considerable pero factible, con adoquines y aceras irregulares. ¡Ideal para quemar las calorías del tequila y los tacos!
- Sonríe, te están grabando. Las entradas y las áreas comunes están vigiladas por video las 24 horas del día, los 7 días de la semana, para la seguridad de todos. (Nunca dentro de las habitaciones).
