- No animals (pets, service animals, strays, etc)
- Not suitable for individuals with mobility issues because the entrance and all rooms are accessible only by stairs.
- There are no designated parking spaces and street parking is rarely available.
- If walking outside of Casa Terza, be ready for a significant but do-able hill with cobblestones and uneven sidewalks. Great for working off tequila and tacos!
- Smile You're on Camera -- Entrances and common areas are monitored by video 24/7 for everyone's safety and security. (Never inside rooms.)
- Neighborhood Ambiance -- You may hear children playing, neighbors socializing, music, roosters (not just in the morning) and more. For many, it's part of the vibrant charm of Mexico but, just in case, we provide earplugs.
