Casa Terza is managed and part-owned by Terry and Kari - a queer, Black-white interracial married couple who found in Puerto Vallarta something they hadn't fully expected: a place that received them. Completely. Warmly. Without condition.
Casa Terza is their answer to that feeling. An extension of the welcome they discovered here, offered now to travelers who deserve to feel it too - travelers who have learned, through long experience, to scan a room before they settle into it. Travelers who know the difference between being tolerated and being seen.

Good To Know
- Adults Only - Age 18 and Up Only
- No smoking or vaping of any kind on the property
- No animals (pets, service animals, strays, etc)
- The entrance and all rooms are accessible only by stairs.
- There are no designated parking spaces and street parking is rarely available.
- If walking outside of Casa Terza, be ready for a significant but do-able hill with cobblestones and uneven sidewalks. Great for working off tequila and tacos! Taxis and rider app's are readily available.
- Smile You're on Camera -- Entrances and common areas are monitored by video 24/7 for everyone's safety and security. (Never inside rooms.)
- Neighborhood Ambiance -- You may hear children playing, neighbors socializing, music, roosters (not just in the morning) and more. For many, it's part of the vibrant charm of Mexico but, just in case, we provide earplugs.
