Individual Room Bookings (Not a Group Booking)
Payment Schedule
- 100% due at time of booking
- By making any payment, organizers agree to all terms and conditions, including cancelation terms and rental agreement (house rules).
Cancelation Terms
- 100% of paid prepayments refundable when canceled 21 days before arrival or earlier
- 50% of paid prepayments refundable when canceled 0 days before arrival or earlier
Damages Deposit
- A pre-authorization of 30% or MXN 5,500 (whichever is higher) is held day before arrival
- Refundable within 7 days after departure if no damages requiring repairs or extra cleaning
- Note: funds may be retained if extra cleaning is necessary due to glitter, make-up, self-tanner, etc
Guest Online Check-In
- Prior to arrival, each guest completes online check-in including providing:
- a photo of a government-issued identification
- e-signature on rental agreement (house rules)
Group Booking of 4 Rooms
Payment Schedule
- 50% due at time of booking
- Remaining balance due 60 days before arrival
- By making any payment, organizers agree to all terms and conditions, including cancelation terms and rental agreement (house rules).
Cancelation Terms
- 100% of paid prepayments refundable when canceled 60 days before arrival or earlier
- 50% of paid prepayments refundable when canceled 30 days before arrival or earlier
- Forfeited funds may be applied to a future booking, within 1 year, pending availability
Damages Deposit
- A pre-authorization of 30% or MXN 15,000 (whichever is higher) is held day before arrival
- Refundable within 7 days after departure if no damages requiring repairs or extra cleaning
- Note: funds may be retained if extra cleaning is necessary due to glitter, make-up, self-tanner, etc

Payment Schedule
- 50% initial deposit due at time of booking
- Remaining balance due 60 days before arrival
- By making any payment, organizers agree to all terms and conditions, including cancelation terms and rental agreement (house rules).
Cancelation Terms
- 100% of paid prepayments refundable when canceled 180 days before arrival or earlier
- 50% of paid prepayments refundable when canceled 60 days before arrival or earlier
- Forfeited funds may be applied to a future booking, within 1 year, pending availability
Damages Deposit
- A pre-authorization of 30% / MXN 55,000 is held on reservation credit card on day of arrival
- Refundable within 7 days after departure if no damages requiring repairs or extra cleaning
- Note: funds may be retained if extra cleaning is necessary due to glitter, make-up, self-tanner, etc
