Nestled in the hillside on the edge of Zona Romantica, Casa Terza is a 9-room guesthouse with ocean, city, and mountain views from a traditional Mexican neighborhood.
Casa Terza includes 3 pools, 3 large terraces, and 9 spacious studios each with a king bed, kitchenette, air conditioning, ceiling fan, rainfall shower, tv, wifi, self-check-in, and more amenities.
Within 15 minutes, guests can walk to the beach, restaurants, bars, nightlife, health & wellness services, and more.

Casa Terza is ideal for many kinds of groups!
Casa Terza is great for encouraging connection and easy mingling among guests -- and group activities. It is also spacious enough to provide private, secluded spots for reflection and relaxation. The pools and terraces are excellent for a variety of activities.
Casa Terza is great for if the potential for sounds from the neighborhood is ok (like children playing, neighbors socializing, music, roosters). Some organizers may even incorporate the neighborhood soundtrack into the experience, like meditations and sound baths.
Casa Terza is not a fit for events that need absolute quiet or absolute control over the surrounding sounds.
Organizers must ensure participants can handle stairs as there are no rooms at street level. Some organizers may incorporate walking the hill and stairs into their group experience.
All shared spaces are outdoors including open air terraces and pools.
Please be aware of Puerto Vallarta weather. Summer months of May through November may bring rain and thunderstorms.
Some organizers may choose to identify one or two of the bedrooms as back-up meeting spaces.
Casa Terza's rules are in place to respect neighbors and to remain welcome in the neighborhood. The rules apply even for a group that has rented the entire property:
Quiet Hours are from 10:00pm to 8:00am.
Noise or music should never disturb Casa Terza neighbors.
Each participant will be required to register as a guest, maximum 2 per room.
A gathering of 27 or more people (including guests) is not permitted unless pre-arranged with Casa Terza management.
Smoking or vaping of any kind is never allowed inside rooms. Event organizers may choose to designate one or more terraces as a smoking area.
No animals, including pets, service animals, or strays.
Casa Terza has no designated parking spaces and street parking is rarely available.
