Floating Sound Bath

We hosted a Floating Sound Bath at Casa Terza on May 21, 2026 to benefit the non-profit Gemas which serves the communities in and around Puerto Vallarta. Thank you Angel Macias for this beautiful experience, reviewed here by Spirit Corley:

To the waters that held me, to the sound that moved through me, and to the version of myself that finally exhaled…

While in Puerto Vallarta, I experienced a Sound Bath in a warm salt‑water pool facilitated by Angel Macias, who guided us with such tenderness and mastery. She didn’t just play instrumental sounds she carried us on a journey through sound, frequency, and vibration, each tone rippling through the water and through my body like a language my spirit already knew.

Something opened in me there.

Something softened.

Something released.

Floating in that pool, surrounded by resonance, I felt held, safe, and seen in a way I didn’t even realize I needed. The experience was healing and deeply cathartic one of the true highlights of my trip. The water amplified everything: the sound, the emotion, the surrender. It allowed me to let go of what I had been carrying and make space for what’s next.

Grateful for the medicine of vibration.

Grateful for the salt water that embraced me.

Grateful for the journey back to myself.
