As in many places, resources are stretched in Puerto Vallarta. We have made deliberate choices to reduce the burden Casa Terza places on valuable resources. Your choices also make a difference!
Water Conservation
Housekeeping offers fresh towels and sheets after 5 nights (more often for a nominal fee)
Filtered water throughout the building reduces the need for plastic bottles of water
Condensation from air conditioners helps provide Casa Terza's plants with the water they need
Electricity Generation
Solar panels on the rooftop generate electricity to meet Casa Terza's anticipated needs (however we are not immune from disruptions in power service)
Solar water heaters around the main terrace roof heat the water in the main pool
Fewer Chemicals
Bamboo sheets require less harsh chemicals for your body and the environment
Housekeeping uses white vinegar instead of harsh chemicals to degrease, clean, remove odors, and kill bacteria
Saltwater pool on the main level is gentler on skin, hair, and eyes, and doesn't have the strong chlorine smell
